Trending Color Schemes for 2019

Every year Pantone releases a Color of the Year. While they have not released a color for 2019 yet, they have released 72 colors that they project will be trending next year. For all you brides planning weddings for next year, we compiled a list of our favorite 2019 trending colors, with possible color scheme ideas, so you can incorporate them in your wedding color schemes!

POMEGRANATE

Pantone released many colors in the pink/red color family, but one of the most eye catching colors was a rich pomegranate color. What is great about this color is that it is perfect for all seasons–it just depends on the accent colors you add to your color scheme. For fall or winter weddings, pomegranate would look beautiful paired with navy, cherry red, and blueberry blue. For summer or spring weddings, this color would look great with light pink and blue hues for accent colors! All these colors would make lovely, colorful, and bright flower arrangements to really make your color scheme pop! With the released photo from Pantone, they showed this rich pomegranate color with light rose pink and dark chocolate brown–what a great color scheme as well! What we love most about this color is how elegant and rich it looks so what a great way to add class and elegance to your wedding color scheme by integrating this into your color palette!

DEEP TEAL

Pantone released a photo that showcased a sleek grey color but what was most eye catching to us was the deep teal they paired with it! We see this color being a big trending color for weddings since it is elegant but also adds a fun pop of color to your wedding color scheme! This deep teal color is the perfect color to have as the center of your wedding scheme, especially if you are getting married in the fall/winter of 2019! As Pantone showcases, this deep teal color looks great paired with light and dark greys and even black! It would be an all around flattering color for bridesmaids dresses and the suits can match the grey/black you add to the color scheme–which would look super clean lined and sleek. While this color seems like it can only be incorporated in a fall/winter wedding, that is not the case! Pantone released that many deep purples and light purples would be trending next year which can easily look beautiful in the spring time! You can even add some lighter blue hues to really compliment the teal color! Have fun with this color because we see that it will be one of the biggest trending colors for sure!
